Katherine Heigl looks nothing short of amazing on the cover of the new Harper?s Bazaar magazine.
The ?21 Dresses? babe told the mag she?s always been one for speaking her mind, regardless of the possible problems it might create.
?I spent so many years just saying what I felt without thinking about the ramifications, without understanding that I have this opinion but not everyone might share that opinion and now they don?t like me because of it. That was really awkward.
Ms. Heigl continued, ?I was really raised with the idea that it?s important to be honest and to share your experiences, both disappointing and exhilarating. But sometimes I think the American public just wants to see my life a good fortune. They don?t want to know about the day-to-day. It ruins the fantasy. It?s lame to say that I?m a normal girl, but I think I am.?
As for the Tinseltown baby fashion trends, Katherine lamented, ?Dude, I try, but I?m not nailing the baby fashion. It?s intimidating. I get beautiful outfits from Gap and baby Juicy, but I?m not layering it or putting her in Prada flats. It?s really stressing me out.?

 Actress Katherine Heigl faced an embarrassing situation when one of the straps broke on her red dress in the middle of her acceptance speech at an award function in Las Vegas.
The 31-year-old actress was being honoured with Female Star of the Year Award at the ShoWest convention for her work in films like "27 Dresses" and "The Ugly Truth".
She couldn't finish her speech as she battled with the broken strap, reports dailymail.co.uk. Billy Bush, host of the show, stepped in as a savior by holding her strap in place and giving her a chance to say a few words without worry of showing too much flesh.
After receiving her award, she went backstage and found a pin to secure the strap before heading to the photographers' enclosure to show off her new award.

For some reason, despite the absence of Katherine Heigl and the seldom appearance of Ellen Pompeo, fans still seem to be interested in Grey's Anatomy. For all of you still watching, we have some news for you that we think will excite you - Kate Walsh is returning to fill the leading lady void! Coming in January, Addison will make her return to Seattle Grace to help Mark Sloan (played by the delicious Eric Dane) with a special patient. Once she's done in Seattle, then she will be bring Mark back with her L.A., completing the transition of the annual crossover. That should add some life into the dull show. Are U excited?  Hollywood star Katherine Heigl's beautiful adopted daughter underwent life-saving surgery to repair a hole in her heart when she was only two months old. The Grey's Anatomy star and her husband, Josh Kelley, finalized the adoption of 10-month-old Nancy Leigh from Korea last week, revealing their applications were fast-tracked because the child has very special needs. Heigl explained, "They wanted to get her to us as quickly as possible." Now the National Enquirer reports the baby -- nicknamed Naleigh -- had an operation soon after she was born to fix her heart defect. Hollywood star Katherine Heigl and hubby Josh Kelley have adopted a baby girl from Korea. Heigl spokeswoman Melissa Kates says the happy couple named the 10-month-old Nancy Leigh, after the actress's mother Nancy and her sister Margaret Leigh. The baby girl will go by the nickname Naleigh. Kates says both parents and Naleigh are together and doing well. The couple is putting the pictures of their daughter up on www.jasonheiglfoundation.org, the Web site of Heigl's animal-rescue foundation. Heigl plays Dr. Izzie Stevens on ABC's "Grey's Anatomy".  Katherine HeiglHollywood star Katherine Heigl has kicked her cigarette habit. The star says she's gone without her daily nicotine fix for over a month now. The actress has been desperately trying to wean herself off the addiction for months after realizing smoking was taking over her life. She previously said, "I started smoking when I was 24, because I'm an idiot. I don't enjoy it so much now, because I've become such a slave to it. I hate planning my life around when I'm getting a cigarette." But Heigl has not puffed on a cigarette since quitting tobacco in July, and her health has already been given a boost. It’s been long rumored that Katherine Heigl was thinking of moving on from her “Grey’s Anatomy” gig. And now we’ve learned that she will indeed be parting ways with the show, and she’s taking T.R. Knight with her. According to James Pickens Jr. who plays Dr. Richard Webber, Heigl’s departure has been confirmed. He told press, “Yes, she is [leaving]. Wherever Katherine goes, I wish her nothing but the best.”
